Hello! I have a 4K sqm land in Claridge, just started building on it, I was wondering if I can get a landscaper I have few use for the space which I need done neatly and cleverly. The site features, --+sqm main house -Round hut -isibaya -A Barn house for goat,Ducks,chickens and 4cows. -I will need to build a small pond for ducks namaHansi. -Also I would need to plant few tree, ur help will help with knowing where it suitable too. Hi I would like to have a 4 bedroom house. I'm a work from home mom. I'm kind of Claustrophobic. I prefare an open an house with enough space. I like cooking. I like to host my friends and family. So I need a porch, not too big and a pool (3x4m) A double garage main bedroom with ensuit and a walking closet. At least 1 bathroom with shower and a powder room. Need new floor throughout - would like laminate - new kitchen -new kitchen cabinets, new back splash, appliances- new bathroom - take out bath, put in one nice shower, new toilet, sink, tiles - flat needs plastering touch ups, whole flat needs paint. Have just bought flat and live in Zambia, completion is June 1st so would like work to start as soon as possible after then. Flat is 59m2 so a relatively small job.
I'm in the process of purchasing a property that has approved building plans to add an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet to the main bedroom. We rent our freestanding home with garden. It has not been watered and much in the garden has died. There are mature trees throwing lots of shade. The soil type is naturally clay, but the beds have been enriched previously. I only want hardy waterwise plants. The small lawn needs replacement (in shade a good deal of the day). The gravel parking areas alongside the drive need weed killing. An overgrown ornamental vine trellis needs a strong prune. And beyond that, some general flower bed neatening.
