Not even worth one star, will not recommend him to anyone, he cannot measure. Initially said my sqm was 38, but Keats work on 48 just in case. I don't live at the property all the time so got someone to oversee. It was a royal disaster. Loads of arguments etc. It ended up being 103 sqm. Triple the cost as I had to buy the bricks as he did not, buy enough cost me R4000 just for deliver of bricks. He has a bad attitude and my job is still not complete. I think he is new in the industry and don't have capital. He also cannot use common sense.
