I would like to move my existing boundary wall approximately 4.5m closer to the street (to the boundary of my erf) to enlarge the inside yard space. I have existing building plans (hard copy and scanned version - attached), but the quality is not great and the drawings are quite old. I would like to apply at the municipality to move my existing wall to the proposed position, but not sure if this can be done by indicating it on the old building plans, or if new plans need to be drawn up. I would like to request a quote, either way. My erf is approximately m2. The main building, a 3 bedroom townhouse is approximately 85m2.
