Scope: Leak apparently occurred around a drain vent extending through roof. Roof covered with shingle type tiles. Complex more than 20 years old Some woodwork below roof has water damage. Extent to be assessed. Roof tiles seem okay but check required. Quote to include repairs and replacement of affected tiles / wood work / water proofing. Eaves covers and facia also have paint damage due to water leak(s). State if paint repairs are included or not.
