I want to add a main bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom on top of our current main bedroom and guest bedroom but in a wendy/logg home type of build to make the building costs as well as building period less. I already know what I want and I have a design I did myself I want to know how much it would cost to make the nessasery changes on the plans and to get everything signed off and approved.
I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
The backroom is structured as follows. 2 bedrooms 2bathrooms Open plan kitchen and dining. The main house I'm looking for is structured as followed: 1 pool 1 kitchen 1 dining 1 Lounge 4 garage 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms I have attached a house plan below maybe you would have an idea of what I am looking for.
I am looking at building a single-storey house with; 4 bedroom (master bedroom with an ensuite), 1 bath, 1 toilet, kitchen and lounge The long side of the plot is more than 20m facing SE. It currently has 3 and half bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen and a small dining area. i am hoping to remodel, objective being to efficiently utilise the space. possibly creating an office space. property is approx sqm, of which the build is about sqm of that.

We are importers and distributors of industrial sewing machinery; embroidery machinery and associated products servicing the textile industry within Southern Africa. We are a home based business. We currently have an existing showroom (which was converted from a Hollywood style carport) to display and demonstrate our range of industrial sewing machinery; embroidery machinery and associated retail products. We are moving premises in the next few weeks to months and would need to convert the existing garage on the new premises into a showroom.
I have two bedrooms facing north (front of the house) I want to remodel it as one bedroom with a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). Part of this two-bedroom remodelling must have a connecting corridor that leads to the main bedroom. The current corridor to the main bedroom (also facing north) and another bedroom facing south (back of the house) will be utilized as stairs going up for a bedroom en-suite on top and the same size as the main bedroom. Since part of the walk-in closet of the main bedroom will be affected by the new corridor a new closet space of about 1.5 to 1.8 square meters will be built on the east wall of the current main bedroom. The door of the south-facing bedroom and the main will obviously be relocated to just before the stairs. In the kitchen, I just wish to relocate the door (entrance) of the laundry from facing west (guest lounge and dining) to the north (face instead the family room), which means demolition and rebuilding walls, plumbing and relocating the electric supply. A double story house with a double garage underneath, preferably must have a seating room, dining room, 1bathrooom,1 bedroom and veranda. The house needed will be an extension to the house near the white car on the left and side and will definitely demolish the rondovel on the left hand side of the house.
