A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

We are looking at doing a property development project which includes 40 units with 2 design variants. Each unit will be sqm. Project will only start in a few years once the land rezoning has been done, but for now I am looking for estimate costs for budgeting purposes. We will provide rough designs and will need these reviewed and formalised for municipal approval.
