When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
We had water damage at the office and the existing laminated floor was flooded. We need a quotation for insurance purposes and should the claim be approved, then the supplier must also be prepared to do the installation, please. Please can you provide quote for Wooden Laminated Flooring. Underfloor is provided already. The flooring is clip on and does not need glue. Also provide quote for 1 level of screed to cover heated under floor. Include material/cement. Use the attached strength. 54 sqm area needs flooring. 19 running meters for skating.
I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote.
