Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
3 bedrooms ,1 has an ensuite 1 bathroom for guests , kitchen lounge
Plans need to be updated as well as drawing for extension. bedroom , study ,lounge .
Dining room/ lounge Kitchen Master bedroom ( I want something modernised, welcoming and classy not too wild but with a effect)
Live in home, building projected completed Nov . Need to spruce up the place with the current pieces and welcome more ideas and pieces.
