Hi - I currently have a cottage which was a previously converted garage that was already added onto. I want to now remodel this. It is along side another small bedroom (domestic quarter) which I want to breakthrough. The space will contain a small living room open planned with a bedroom and then the domestic quarters broken open to become a new bathroom.
