We want to build a separate flat apart from our house that we want to rent out, we are looking at possibly 2 units. The space to build on is 7.5x5 meters and the units that we want to build has to be approx 3.75x5 in size. We also have a bit of a parking issue, therefore I want to find a solution for this as well.
