Draw up a plan for a garage. The garage will be dug into the soil in front of the house and will be below house floor but above street level. So the back wall and the south side wall needs to be retaining walls. The garage needs to have a concrete deck as I want the deck to have artificial grass on it to make it part of the garden again. There are a few things we need to do. Firstly, we are close to the ocean. We need to replace our existing carport frame with something that is not going to rust. The pole and pangola needs to be removed and that area be an indoor braai area with an indoor braai installed. The side of the house needs to be covered also. The floors need to be levelled and tiled. The tap in the back yard needs to be moved to the front of the house. A retractable washing line needs to be installed. I want to know how much is missing from the current plans to what the current status of the property is. To view what is currently built you can see it on google maps. (I want to buy the property, and the Seller is indicating to me that only the 4 parking garage at the back is missing, which I don't agree, I feel more is missing)
