I need to extend the front door to create a larger opening and move the front window outward to increase interior space. I also plan to build a veranda at the front and a high-volume patio enclosed with aluminum at the back with roofing. Additionally, I want to merge the two single garage doors into one large double-door opening.

Drawing of the attached hand drawn floor plan to clearly show emergency evacuation routes as illustrated, reflect fire extinguishers icons at marked points and the assembly point. The hand draw floor plan shows the main house, with 2 offices, 2 learners workshops, a trade test workshop. I have attached the photo from Pinterest, I need a something like this, it's a 3 bedroom house for my grandmother back at home in rural areas so no Municipality consent needed, no survey needed just a house plan. It must have a huge veranda like in the drawing not in the picture. The garage must be single, no ensuite in the master bedroom just one bathroom for the whole house.

The plot is zoned "special residential". Hence, my concept is two have dwellings. One with x3 (2 bedroom units), ground floor with one apartment & double garage/carport. Then the other 2 apartments above that. Average size per unit = 60m2 The other dwelling with a bachelor pad/mancave at the bottom with double garage. Then a 3 bedroom apartment above that.
