What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

We have a full title unit within a complex situated in Northriding, Randburg. It is a double story unit of which we had the upstairs patio enclosed. Hi I need your help in design a plan for a new 3 bedroomed house. I'm hoping to build this house starting June this year. My plot size 85*85. The house to be predominately glass , 1 level and modern. With the following: 1 lounge Master bedroom with enough space for a semi ok lounge, master bed must have walk in closet and ensuit.
