Good Day I am starting a new restaurant. I have booked 2 floors. The Ground Floor will be a general restaurant where the chefs will be working, with some sit in ares. The top floor will be more of a lounge dining area with a bar. I want to do the interior design for both places, to check how many couches, chairs, tables etc that are needed. This will also assist to do a presentation to the land lord and to my intended funder. I can forward more pictures via email.

The recommended material must therefore be fit for the the natural impact that the sea has on homes that is close to the beach, i.e. rust, corrosion and mildew. As a school we are wanting to renovate our staff room. I attach an architect's proposed plan. It will include renovating the kitchen, putting vinyl flooring, replacing chairs and tables, building new pigeon holes for 72 teachers, replacing stack doors to the outside patio and upgrading the patio area with a screen. We have a very small 2 bedroom; 2 bathroom flat. We would like to create space efficiencies and get a modernity to the look and feel. Minimalist look would seem to be idea for the space. The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a garden patio. The bedrooms are really small and this is where I think we need help in designing. My wife is pregnant so we expecting a baby and will need to accommodate that also
