Roof On inspecting the client property we found damage to the client's roof covering. We however found no storm damage to the client's roof. We found a nutec facia board blown off as well as 1 roof tile cracked. Both these items looks like it has been this way over time.We found that the roof valleys were rusted and need replacing as well as the flashings around the chimney will have to be waterproofed. the concrete flat roof also lacked waterproofing and will have to be sealed to prevent future damage. General maintenance will have to be done to prevent future damage.
