I do find him to be very friendly, helpful and willing to assist where possible. He seems to be open and honest. I also believe he can be reliable, despite the hiccups that was a direct result of circumstances such as vehicle troubles, etc. Quality of work delivered so far, despite the few hiccups and miscommunications, is very good.
Time frame.Lack of communication - neither with me, nor workers which lead directly to some activities which was done without prior knowledge and directly contributed to material wastages. No direct supervision as was promised (due to vehicle problems).No designs / layouts provided for room layout preparation / space planning, as was promised. Rubble dumped outside the yard for weeks without removal thereof, despite numerous requests to have it removed. Lack of transparency in breakdowns of material and labour portions and numbers not adding up.
On time in budget, reliable and processional. Best priced for quality workmanship. Will recommend friends and on our Whatsapp group. They did a great quality job.

The owner is not always coming back to you. You need to keep on phoning him and leaving messages, but he seldamly come back to you. He is not available to supervise his workers. I was supervising them myself. The team is not punctual, the arive at different times every day and sometimes not before 10:00 in the mornings. The two skylights and the car port was a problem, that they had to come back and fix. A lot of tools they needef, they did not had and they have to borrowed my tools.
What the client forgot to mention is thet we did R 3500 extra waterproofing free of charge and that we fixed all his roof leaks and that he recommended us to his neighbour wich roof we also did and both of them gave us compliments on our good work.
Went the extra mile and answered our questions.
