Hi, I would like to build a semi detached two storey nutec house on a m² erf. House = 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen and lounge, garage. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite and 1 family bathroom) upstairs and then the open plan kitchen and lounge with 1 guest toilet downstairs. I want to build a double story house on a m square yard. i want a five bedroom house with the main bedroom on top and a balcony. Double garage kitchen with more space, sitting room dinning room, two toilets on the floor plan and three bedrooms. On the ground floor I will need all the mentioned things and on the upper floor there should be my main bedroom, very spacious with the en suite, shower and a bath.
