I need an architect to add a room and bathroom on my building plan please.
I would like an extension done to my current home which would add another 40 sqm toy home and i need plans for a 6x9 wendy house done as well.
I would like to build a few blocks of flats on the same property where my main house is (a 3 bedroom house). I need the Pros advise on my idea.
Building must be as simple and low cost as possible, open plan, one bedroom. There is available space on the property we live on, but I am also looking for other spaces.

I have a 65 sq m flat, single story. I would like to extend up until the 3 x 9m stoep and enclose. The roof is a zinc flat roof. The 3 rooms will be extended to the end of the stoep. A foundation will need to be installed. The existing 3 x shutter doors will be repositioned. The outer external walls are 50% complete already. Excuse the mess. We had a small storm that day.
