Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

Build a house, preferably a double storey with 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with his and hers closets, three bathrooms, two bedrooms share Jack and Jill bathroom, open plan kitchen lounge and dining rooms, scalery, tv/play room, double garage, two joined cottages at the back of the house, man cave, playground, garden and hot tub. 40 by 40 meters plot size
House is fenced from the sides and back, but no fence in front. I want a reverse L-shaped fence, from the one side of the house to the front. Side wall must be brick and plaster(white wall), and front wall must be brick and plaster foundation that's not higher than 30cm, with 3 brick and plaster pillars. Between the pillars, I will apply palisade fencing(steel, painted green).
