How to choose a painter
The quality of your outcome will only be as good as the contractor you enlist for the project
I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.
We are a mixed use complex and need - 1. building of boundary walls/planter boxes; 2. waterproofing of the basement roof; 3. large security gate and french door repair; & 4. wooden decks repairs. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. As I do not always have my phone with me I would appreciate a WhatsApp. A contractor has started the job but then ran off with the money without doing most of the work.

House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. We start with preparation, were prepare the wall by first scrapping the Wall's, closing the wall with polyfil, then sand paper then remove dust from the wall after completing closing the cracks and holes, sandpaper and removing the dust we apply our primer after it dries we apply our first coat, if the wall doesn't require second coat we apply our finishing coat
