We bought a property 10 years ago only to find out that the "braai room" is not on plan. Im not in the process of selling and need this to be on plan.
We are developing a small Real Estate, a +/- 50 houses needed to built, now we looking for someone who can draw and plan the whole thing from 2 bedroom house to 6 bedroom house.

I recently bought a house and would like to carport close the section at the back of the house and separate entrance to create a braai room.
