How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I'd like to start off small, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen. the intention is to build modular. property is co-owned so I want to be able to accommodate multiple families in future, but have independent units / wings and still make it look like one house.
