What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
About: Design Decisions is an architectural firm based in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town. The company was established in 2005 and provides a range of architectural services, including new building design, extension and remodel drawings, interior design, and other architectural services. Design Decisions serves clients throughout Cape Town.
This will be an extension to my lounce and dinning area. The extension has to have a braai and boma facility. Walls needs to come down between kitchen, lounge and dinning area. Your expertise will be needed here as well.
