There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate
I am moving into a new house and I want to change the wall colour in the lounge from a bright blue to Plascon’s Antique Petal (off-white/creme). The room is approximately 20sqm with only two full walls. (See attached photos). The contractor needs to have their own equipment. I would like for painting to commence on 14 December.
I need Pallasades on top of a precast wall height of wall - 6 feet I need palisades between mm - 1 meter installed on top of the wall length required 14 meter i saw an image of the different types of palisades - i would prefer a butterfly or devils fork attached is a photo of the garden area - the palisades mys go on the wall where the Jasmin is planted(left side) between the houses
Quote 1: Double carport with aluminium frame 7.4m x 6.4m, bronze colour. Quote to be as per the attached picture - only one side will be covered, the other two sides there is a wall. Good Morning, I would please like a quote on materials and installation of doggy bars on my existing palisade fence. We would like the easiest and most affordable solution to keep our 2 miniature (escape artist) Yorkies within our garden walls without them potentially getting hurt. Some of the existing palisades might have to be lengthened at the bottom as well. I am not sure how long the fence is. good day. we are , renovating a pre shool on the fooliwing items roofing and ceiling for 3 roomed pre-school. kitchen,classroom and bed room/sleeping room for children. intallation of 8 kids toilets and 2 staff(adults toilets) including plumbing borehole and tanks installation fencing with a clear view for 1 hectpr site paiting the building istallation of wooden kitchen unit tiling for three rooms (not sure abou the squre meter)

My late mother's house was built incorrectly it's a 3 bedroom house with lounge and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It looks like the person who was doing it was an amateur because the house ended up look like a church building. I would like to get a quote to renovate it to look like the plan I have attached here.
We have a one bedroom house in Craighall Park. Connected to the master bedroom is a studio office (not accessible by the bedroom) and connected to the studio office is a smaller room. We could like to incorporate the studio and smaller room into the main house to create additional rooms. This is a project which will require 1) knocking down existing walls, 2) constructing a corridor and 3) constructing walls to separate the new space into separate rooms.
