I had a tenant who stopped paying rent. I obtained the services of a Law firm with the first goal of getting the tenant to vacate the premises. In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. I had an architect design the additions and draft new plans, but I never got the plans approved at city council due to the incredibly long and inefficient process at council. It would be great to get my plans approved and updated with the city council so everything is in order if I need to sell one day. Would you be able to assist with this?
