The ultimate goal is to make this home more spacious. Much bigger room in the living room/dining room and kitchen - still keep them open plan. Outdoor entertainment space on the side of the house, possibly next to the living room. Additional space in the bedroom and if possible bathrooms as well. And the addition of a double garage.

We have a plan for a palisade fence that was constructed years ago. The plan however was never submitted to the COCT for registration. We now need to submit this plan to COCT for registration. We need assistance with this. We don't need this service right now but need to give the conveyancers who are dealing with the transfer of our house assurance that this will occur in the future at your own convenience. They need this confirmation by no later than 20th of May .
