We are looking for an architect to assist us with with an extension of our lounge/ dining room space.
Adding another level {upstairs} to our existing house, adding 10 rooms, 5 bathrooms{showers} for students accommodation.
We want to create space in a 3 bedroom house of approximately 5,2 square meters to a 4 bedrooms of square meters including a single garage.
build a double/triple garage and upstairs flatlet and remodel existing double garage. build an outdoor entertainment area under roof.
