Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I'd like to upgrade the bakery front of house , to look like a professional and good looking bakery

We bought a property 10 years ago only to find out that the "braai room" is not on plan. Im not in the process of selling and need this to be on plan.

I need to build an addtional bedroom. This bedroom will be an extension from the hous. Room side is 6x 6 square meter . Need to fit 1 windows and 1 sliding door .
I bedroom and lounge
3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen lounge dining room, pantry, laundry, double garage. I am requesting this in private and prefer not to be called. Would just like an estimate of the fee to be able to compare what we are paying at the moment.
