I have to ask you not to recommend Octar Construction to people. He is incompetent. He destroyed my paving, sement every where. He did not bring any protecting or building tools not even a tape measure. I had to remind them to protect my tiles and door frame. (use my one blankets and plastics) He took my drill bit. He made a mess of the sliding door realized that he made a mess he just did not come back. I made a mistake by paying him in front, before he was finished. PLEASE PLEASE don't let any body go through this.
Shower, toilet and hand wasbak
I am looking to add an extra room with a toilet and bathroom. Area space: 5m x 6m
Extend the kitchen, add 2 bedrooms and add en-suite, and alter the garage roof, based on the plan. The Architect is still busy with the plan which will be ready end of March for this.
New gutters, painting, new kitchen design, new garage door, external wall plastering, new ceiling and lighting, new bathroom renovation, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixes.
I want to renovate the house to make it more modern and also safer, I want it to have the stylish and elegant finish on the inside and outside, the kitchen should have build in cupboards and the works. Just everything upgraded and remodelled.

Old wood deck ±30m² needs to be removed. Plastered brick on the outside and tiled on top. Wood deteriorated so want to.replace it with permanent concrete patio

I just bought a 50sqm 3 bedroom house with 1 bath/toilet, the size of the 3rd bedroom is 6.75sqm and want to convert that into an ensuit to the main bedroom and extend the lounge/dinning , then 2 extra bedrooms at 7.5sqm each.
