New addition with a TV room and three ensuite bedrooms will be build onto the current house. Attached find current house plans as well as a plan for the new project. The specifications are as follows: Cemcrete or relevant floor, no floor tiles. Structure build with light clay stocks to be washed and sealed with limited plaster and paint work. Open roof trusses painted white. No solar or electrical geyser only Gas geysers for all bathrooms and kitchen. Gas stove for main house kitchen. No stove for flatlet. Covered patio.
