We are not only looking for someone who is finding a lessee, but someone who looks after the property on a regular basis to make absolutely sure that nothing gets stolen, lost broken and/or damaged. During our absence the maid, garden and pool service would continue to come in on a Monday. Someone must be at the property to let them in. Is that the kind of service you could offer? The flat is originally a 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - main bedroom has it own bathroom. I further partitioned the sitting room into additional 2 bedrooms and leave small living area next to the kitchen. I’m renting the rooms separately to different tenants and all rooms are occupied.
