Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I am on a R budget strictly. This is for my mum's place which I want to remodel and redesign.
4 bedroom house 1 en-suite, 2 teen bedrooms with bathroom in the centre of their bedrooms sharing and guest bathroom , island kitchen, lounge , dinning open plan. double garage, carport and pool. single storey ,

The house is close on years old. We have never been able to find plans any where. We have been told we have to have plans before we can sell the house . The land is sq don’t know house size.

I'm not sure about the size in sqm and the place is in rural areas. I would like to build a 3 Bedroom house with an upstairs and downstairs as well as a kitchen + sitting room downstairs
