Hi, I have a zinc roof which is leaking and I need it to be repaired
I need metal sheeting roofing. I am busy building a new home and I have been advised to find a roofing specialist already as the new build is almost finished.
I renovated my home a while ago in , but the roof has been sagging and I found a leakage that needs to be fixed.
I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.
