We want to build a small stoep in our garden as well as a basic braai. We have a stoep at the moment that we want to extend and tile. We would also like to build a small wall around the stoep that can serve as seating for when we have guests. At the shortest end of the stoep we want to add a working surface in line with the top of the bench seating's top part. The current stoep is about 4x3 m, but we want the new stoep to be about 6x4 m. There is also a basic braai built that we want demolished and a new one built.

When you are painting firstly, put a musking tape, secondly make sure the area needed to be painted must be clean, thirdly mixing well the paint before you use, apply primer coat give it some time to dry, apply first coat give it some time to dry also,, apply second coat give it some time to dry and apply finishing coat.. painting is done

1.Take up carpets in living Room and 2 bedroom areas -Establish whether we need a concrete scree -Flooring to go in the area -either PVC wood finish or tile wood finish (not wood) 2. I need repair work and installations done. Leaking roof repair. Ceiling installation. Insulation against extreme cold. House seems to have a problem with extreme cold temperatures. Plumbing in bathroom and water pressure. Repaint / potential crack repairs. Cupboard doors repairs and counter top repair. Check electrical reticulation.

3 offices and a small walk way. I am not % sure what the sqm. is and I am not too sure how I can explain it but I can specify sizes of the rooms in meters. Specs are: 7x3.5m is one room, 5x5.5m second room and the third room is 5x3.5m. Our walkway is 2.5x1.5m. Our ceilings are about two meters high. Normal white PVA nothing fancy. Urgent! We need this done by possibly this week already. Please contact me to organise a site visit. We are also unfortunately budget sensitive so please take this into consideration as well.

Hail storm destroyed tile roofing, causing water leakage on the whole roof. During the damage most roof tiles fell off and broke. Water system also need serious attention also, as copper pipes outside that bring in water into the house were broken during vandalization of the property. All water taps in bathrooms and kitchen sink need replacement. Some carpentry work too is required to restore kitchen built-in wooden cupboards. At the front entrance steps outside, the whole top slab of the steps is loose and needs reconcreting to fix it back to place. Thank you.
