One bedroom and lounge and study room including a toilet and shower on the upper floor. Main bedroom with ensuite, another bedroom, bathroom, toilet, lounge, dining room and kitchen on ground floor.
Domestic room with bathroom with shower only. Studio apartment with kitchenette, therefore space for a small fridge, area to put a portable gas stove with place to put a microwave. Then in the room an area for a double bed and basic cupboards with a small area for a table. Does not need to be bigger than a double garage. Would want about three windows. Two or 3 plugs. We have a section of old and very worn vinyl tiles in our house. It is an old house in Westdene. We would like to replace it with new vinyl, not tiles, but sheets/rolls. It is more or less 40sqm and include a staircase, two toilets/wc's and a bathroom. We are not interested in vinyl that imitates wood or tiles or anything. We are interested in vinyl that looks like new vinyl. We would appreciate it if you could show us examples and give us a quotation for the instalment of it.

This is an existing 7 storey building, which needs extensive renovation to create residential apartments (approximately units). Each unit about 60 sqm. Basement parking to be constructed.
