I have a slate roof that I would like to replace with either IBR or corrugated roofing sheets at about R-R/m2 including labour. Currently we have box gutters that I would like to remove and replace with normal facias and gutters on the outside. We have approved building plans that include adding a new/revised roof over the currently open porch. I am available on Monday, Wednesday or a Friday for a site visit in order to give a more accurate quote. My patio and garage roofs are currently flat roofs, constructed of metal sheeting covered with torch-on waterproofing. The patio roof was damaged in the hail storm in November last year.
