Main house: 3 bedrooms (build in cupboards), master with on-suite shower and toilet 1 bathroom with bath/shower upstairs 0.5 bathroom downstairs for guests Open plan kitchen (dishwasher point), dining room and TV room Storage and cupboard space either under the stairs or upstairs passage. We are purchasing an existing m² house and we will add m² which includes 3 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The design style is modern farmhouse. The existing building will be updated as well to follow the design style which will include changing the existing flat roof to a peak roof. The buildings will sit on a m² stand (W 34m x L 94m )
