Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

I'm looking to build a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in st hekena bay. It will be a double story house of about SQ with a double garage ud like to find out how much plans would cost
