HI I'd like to add a 4 car garage to my property (2 wide x 2 deep) with space for work benches (+/- 9 x 12.5) single pitch roof only garage doors. Will be ideally built on building line (no neighbors on the portion open veld) Add on to my kitchen and add ensuite bathroom to main bedroom & add afdak area for cars when guests visit.
I would like a qotation for the erection of an apartment type building on a 20mx20m piece of land, possibly 7mX6m per unit. Advise on estimated price for detailed building/ erection plan excluding material etc. Just require planning quotation for now if such is possible. Also looking for erection of a solid brick wall fencing structure for site plan. NB: Plan quote should exclude material prices just planning of the erection assistance is required for now.

Current house renovating downstairs into open plan so some walls need to cone down and some doors bricked up. 2nd flat of 90 sqm also nutec in back of property. Hi, currently we r living in a very old house & need advice. Either to build a new house joining onto the old one or if possible to change the old house completely. We r staying in a very old house with asbestos walls & part of the house is raised on pillars. We need advice what will be the best option & will take it further from their to get plans drawn up. I want to know the call out fees to do this call out for advice firat & what r fees afterwards. If possible for someone to come out as quick as possible. Thanks!
Hello! It will be a double story house. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a pajama lounge and study. One guest bedroom downstairs, a room to work from home, dining room, formal lounge, TV room, and another lounge with braai area which opens to outdoors. I'd liek to get a price which includes on site visits to help manage the project. Thanks!
