I really enjoyed working with Sam. He listened to what I needed and provided quality workmanship. After my ordeal with the previous builder, Sam has put my faith back and I will surely use him again in future. He's costs were very accommodating and he stays in constant communication with you throughout the process. Even when I wasn't sure about something, he brought in other experts for added advise. I would recommend him anytime. Thanks Sam for all your hard work and in record time I might add. Your guys were truly awesome and very respectful. I will call you again for my next project.

Requested a quote and Sam from SAMBOY JK Trading and Construction was quickly on it. Came out to view the damage and scope of work to be done. He was friendly and ready to start immediately. Received his quote the Thursday and work was done the Saturday. His team is professional and fast. Roof was replaced, painted and waterproofing done. The quality of the work was not amazing. We had to call him back the day after the work was done due to many splatters and paint on the carpet. They did not clean up after the job.
