Hi. I would like to build a double storey house in the rocky stand. 3 bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor to have an open plan kitchen dining and living area. Laundry, guest toilet and double garage also on ground floor. Since the area is on a hill the area is not flat so we need to cater for that.
We wish to build a new modern and functional multi-level family home in Nirvana (polokwane). The house should have at-least 4 bedrooms (all en-suite). . I have purchased a house that has recently been built. I would like ideas on furnishing and decorating. So I have bought a brand new home, the kitchen has been designed by the owner already but not built yet. he also designed the cupboards for the bedroom but allowed me to make changes. Building plan creation and submission. 1. Add new kitchen in a dining area with space for gas stove washing bowl and centre island. 2. Convert exiting kitchen into a pantry, scullery and washroom. 3. Brick up existing kitchen window with glass bricks. 4. Remove existing dining room window and replace with two smaller windows flanking a new Gas Stove. 5.
