Extension or Remodel
At the moment, our lounge dining room and kitchen are open planned. There’s a loft above the kitchen. We would like to extend the lounge(by 3m) and give our house a modern finish. We would like to build a double volume lounge ,dining room. Outside the kitchen is an entertainment area which is 6x6m, we would like to incorporate the entertainment with the house.

The new build would include a main bedroom with ensuite + dressing room, upstairs pajama lounge...and If possible, a second bedroom as well. I would also like to include a garage (ideally) attached to the main house.

Roof has borers.Single beam, exposed timber roof. Need to replace roof. Inside the house I want to increase the size of the kitchen by 1 m in length. Want to change the sunken garage into the dining room? Outside the house Extend back of the house about 8 m in length by width 1 m... Then extend one side of the house by 1m and the length of that side is 12 m. Extend the front of the house by 3 m... the length of the front is about 8 m. Thank you. God bless.
