This job comprises creating architect plans and the gaining of planning permission for the two alterations showing in the attachments. The first comprises the construction of two additional en suite bedrooms over a garage. The latter comprises the construction of a basement done underneath the existing patio with an office space underneath the current dwelling.
I have rough drawings of what I want to achieve. I also have contractors ready to do the work. I would like to determine if the changes are possible in terms of removing walls and creating on open plan living space. I would also like assistance with getting the building plans approved so construction can commence.

4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, 2 seperate bathrooms, 1 bathroom to have bath, shower, toilet and basin , the other one to have shower, basin and toilet. Each room to have its own door. Open plan large lounge room with a medium size dininig room. Large kitchen with an island, and higher top counter that can be used as a breakfast eating area . Scullery, double garage, outside balcony/lapa with a pool.
Style doesn't really matter .I need a 4 bed 2 bath one in suit with a open plan living room dinning room and kitchen.
